Get token by address or symbol

get https://services.blockpour.com/api/tokens/{token}

Returns a list of tokens by address or symbol. The address or the symbol must match exactly. In the case a token symbol is provided,
a list of tokens may be returned in case the token is deployed/bridged on several networks.
